GOV GIVES $30,000 in Scholarships and Mentor stipends
The GOV have started a new initiative using cooperate economics (Ujaama) to give back to our scholars with the The Paul Albea (Ujamaa) Scholarship.
The principle behind the scholarship is called Ujamaa.
“Swahili, also known by its native name Kiswahili, is a Bantu language and the native language of the Swahili people. build our own businesses, control the economics of our own community and share in all its work and wealth.”
In general, sharing wealth is another form of communitarian exchange. The name of the scholarship is named after Paul Albea who was a founding member who passed away.
